This policy explains what information Pioneer Sports Arena collects when you book, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Your name and mobile number, entered when you book.
- Booking details: date, time, amount paid, any discount code used, and payment reference numbers.
- Basic technical data such as your device's internet address, used only to keep the site secure (for example, to stop people guessing discount codes).
We do not collect or store your card number, bank details or UPI PIN. Payments are handled by PhonePe under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your booking, and to issue your receipt.
- To contact you about your booking, for example changes, cancellations or refunds.
- To keep records required for accounts and tax.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. If the arena sends you a WhatsApp message, it is about your booking or a discount you were given.
Who can see it
- Arena staff, to run bookings.
- Service providers that run the website, store data and process payments (for example, website hosting, database hosting and PhonePe), only to provide their service.
- Authorities, if required by law.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounts and legal requirements, normally up to 8 years. You can ask us to remove your name and number from older bookings sooner where the law allows.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information.
