These terms apply when you book the turf at Pioneer Sports Arena through this website or at the counter. By booking, you agree to them.

1. Bookings

• The turf is booked in 1-hour slots. Prices are shown before you pay and depend on the day and time.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and you see a confirmation with a booking reference.
• Please give a correct name and mobile number so the arena can contact you about your booking.
• Show your booking reference or receipt at the arena if asked.

2. Your slot

• Your slot starts and ends at the booked times. Arriving late does not extend it.
• Please leave the turf on time so the next group can start.
• The arena may limit the number of players for safety.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your slot. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

4. Discount codes

• One code per booking. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
• Codes may be limited by date, time, number of uses or mobile number, as shown when you apply them.
• The arena may withdraw a code at any time and may cancel bookings made by misusing codes.

5. Conduct and safety

• Wear suitable footwear (turf shoes or flat sports shoes; no metal studs).
• No smoking, alcohol, chewing tobacco or glass bottles on the turf.
• You are responsible for damage to the turf, nets or equipment caused by your group.
• Staff may stop play or ask anyone to leave for unsafe or abusive behaviour, without a refund.
• Playing sport involves risk of injury. Players take part at their own risk.
• Please look after your belongings. The arena is not responsible for lost items.

6. Changes by the arena

The arena may close the turf for maintenance, events, weather or safety reasons. If your paid booking is affected, you get a full refund or a new time.

7. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by PhonePe. The arena does not see or store your card, bank or UPI PIN details.
